A Texas High School Senior posted a 100m dash time of 9.98 seconds. Fast enough to be an Olympic final. Matthew Boling broke his school's record, and he may be the fastest high school sprinter in the country according to KHOU-TV
Boling, will be running for the University of Georgia in the fall.
