A 65-year-old woman has been charged with a felony assault on a police officer, and misdemeanor for resisting arrest, after body camera video shows her refusing to sign a ticket for a broken tail light. According to KOCO TV 5 the woman's name is Debra Hamil. She was not willing to pay up when an officer issued a $80 ticket. She then was told she was being put under arrested and refused to get out of her truck. She then pulled away and led a brief pursuit. She was pulled over again, and refused to leave her truck. The officer pulled her out of the vehicle and she was seen kicking and resisting arrest. That's when the officer used his taser after she refused to comply with his orders.
