(Lansing, MI) A Rossford native is making her voice heard among the dozens of gymnasts abused by a Michigan doctor.
Isabell Hutchins spoke in court Tuesday at Larry Nassar's sentencing hearing, testifying how he assaulted her instead of treating her broken leg. Hutchins is one of nearly 160 gymnasts who have or will speak before Nassar is sentenced for the assaults while he was the team doctor for USA Gymnastics.
The final three gymnasts will testify today, including Nassar's original accuser. A judge then will sentence the Michigan doctor to between 40 and 120 years in prison.
