Lucas County Fair Celebrates 162nd Year With A Few Changes

The 162nd annual Lucas County Fair is now open with a nod to the coronavirus evident in the changes made. Dennis Lange, a board member for many years, spoke with 1370 WSPD morning show host Fred LeFebvre about this year's fair which runs no through Sunday.

The fair has undergone some changes because of the restrictions the State of Ohio has placed on individuals and group gatherings but Fair Board members felt that the 4-H and Future Farmers of America kids deserved to be able to show their hard work. The Junior Fair will still be held. There are a number of midway rides, games, and food vendors on site also.

Admission is $5 for anyone over the age of 12, parking is free.
