The Ohio State Highway Patrol is urging drivers to secure items after a large pipe crashed through the windshield of another vehicle.
It happened around 4:40 p.m. on March 4, near the Wooster Street exit on Interstate 75 in Bowling Green, according to the agency.
The pipe smashed through the passenger side of the SUV.
Luckily, no one was hurt in the accident.
But officials turned to social media to ask the public for information pertaining to the crash.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol Northwest Ohio division tweeted about the incident the following day, along with a photo of the impaled windshield.
Authorities also included a phone number to reach the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Bowling Green Post with information:
“Vehicle load securement is important for the safety of everyone on the road. Fortunately, no one was injured in this vehicle when a pipe came through the windshield! Anyone with information regarding this crash is asked to contact the @OSHP Bowling Green Post at (419) 352-2481.”
