Post Malone’s ex-fiancée is seeking full physical custody of the daughter she shares with the F-1 Trillion artist.

The singer-songwriter’s ex, identified publicly for the first time in the court documents as Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, filed for full custody of the former couple’s child this week in Los Angeles, California, TMZ confirmed in a report on Friday (April 18). Park wants full physical custody with her ex granted visitation rights. The child, 2, identified only as DDP in the filings, has been living fully with her mother apparently since the couple’s breakup in late 2024. The “I Had Some Help” star hasn’t filled a response to Park’s filing in L.A. as of publication time. He has reportedly filed his own documents seeking custody of DDP in Utah; however, those documents remain sealed, TMZ noted on Friday.

Park has remained out of the spotlight during her relationship with Post Malone, and the former couple also opted to keep their daughter’s name, birth date and other details about her life under wraps. Since splitting up with Park, Post Malone has been spotted several times with his rumored new girlfriend, identified as New York City-based design student Christy Lee. TMZ previously shared a TikTok that captured Post Malone with Lee at a bar in March. The budding couple also had dinner together at Mascagni Hotel in Rome, and a dinner date and shopping spree in Paris. Post Malone has not publicly commented on his breakup with Park, his rumored new relationship with Lee, or the custody filing as of publication time.
