When I have a cold or flu there is almost nothing worse... and my wife will tell you that I can be a big baby when I am sick. Well in the last two weeks or so we have had a few people sick in our building with the flu. And at home the wife has been coughing and stuffed up, plus my youngest Emma hasn't been feeling well. I would rather not get sick. So I take extra vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D, and plenty of water.
