Scuba Diver finds working iPhone X

For those of you that do follow Jacob on YouTube, this will not be that unusual. I have been following and watching his channel for a while now. This guy travels around and dives underwater to find lost items. Many of the items are sunglasses, fishing lures, bottles, cans and other garbage. But, sometimes he finds a GoPro camera, or a Cell Phone. In this video he finds a working cell phone. Jacob makes efforts to find the owners of the cameras and cell phones if he can.
