Machine Gun Kelly is encouraging fans to give all the credit to Megan Fox for parenting their four-month-old daughter, Saga Blade.

The Tickets to My Downfall hitmaker appeared on the August 7 episode of Today With Jenna and Friends, where he candidly discussed his role in co-parenting with Fox.

"Someone the other day was like, ‘You’re such a good dad,’ because I was just holding the baby," Kelly, born Colson Baker, remarked. The star explained that multiple people on social media praised him for being a good father, and that the Jennifer's Body star was "fuming."

"And so she [Megan] was fuming. I just play the guitar and hope and pray that the baby is happy. I want to detract any congrats to me, and just move it to Megan. Because she really does all the work."

Fox and Kelly, the child's self-proclaimed "music teacher", recently returned from a joint trip to Costa Rica, their first since calling off their relationship in December 2024.

A source recently told US Weekly that in addition to successfully co-parenting, the former couple is also working on rekindling their romantic relationship.

"Things feel back to ‘normal’ between them, but they are not putting a label on their relationship," an insider told the outlet.

"They’re still being intimate and technically trying to work things out to reconcile. This trip is a big stepping stone in that direction," another unveiled.
