A new prototype of double-decker plane seats for economy class is going viral.
So they first announced this idea… last year…and people thought it was crazy…but also, not close to becoming reality.
But nowww they have been refined and reimagined into a somewhat new design…. So does this mean we could actually see these seats as an option in planes soon?????
These double-decker seats are a little bit more slanted but yes, they are still on-top of one another, and they eliminate the need for overhead storage lockers.
Can you picture this? So, if you’re on the bottom…your face is basically at eye level with the BUTT of the person in front of you…but you have a TON of legroom.
I’m just going to state the obvious here… ummm I would pay extra for the top seat because I would not want to smell anyone passing gas in my FACE!
But they say you could get more people on the plane (win for the airlines) and with much more comfort than now (win for us) because of leg room and reclining.
