Rolling Stone magazine recently named Chris Farley's "Matt Foley, Motivational Speaker" sketch the best "Saturday Night Live" sketch of all time.  That's the one where he "lives in a van down by the river."  Here's the interesting thing...Chris actually didn't write that for SNL.  He wrote it when he was in Chicago doing improv.

Someone posted the original version of Chris' bit.  It was dong with the comedy troupe "Second City" in Chicago back in 1990...THREE years before it was featured on Saturday Night Live.

The skit also includes Bob Odenkirk (Saul from Breaking Bad) and Tim Meadows.
