One of the first skits Jimmy did was explain a bet he made with a friend of his that he would one day host the Tonight Show.  He said that now that he's the host, his friend owes him $100.  It was after that a parade of celebrities came out to drop off their $100.  It started with Robert DeNiro and ended with Stephen Colbert.
