Judge Joe Brown got arrested and sentenced to five days in jail yesterday, for contempt of court. He was in court as a lawyer, representing a client in a child support case. Sounds like he forgot he's not a judge anymore.

The magistrate finds him in contempt, and Brown says he can pay ten dollars for the fine, but that's all they can get from him. Unfortunately for Brown, all this happened in the same county he's running for District Attorney.
